Construction and architecture


Work will start in autumn 2025, with delivery of the apartments scheduled for around 18 months after the start of construction.
With the THPE label, thermal and sound insulation will meet exacting standards, solar panels will be installed on the roof, and
heat and hot water production for each apartment will be provided by an air-to-water heat pump.

The living areas and bedrooms will be fitted with parquet flooring, while the sanitary areas will be tiled.

Each purchaser will have a choice of finishing materials based on the budgets set out in the technical specifications available on request.
